Website purpose

This website introduces Northpeak Distribution LLC, provides supply-category guides, and includes a product store and a separate voluntary business-support page. Published products are entered and reviewed by Northpeak. The absence of a listing is not a claim that an item is stocked or available.

Product orders

Store prices are in USD. Checkout displays item totals, configured delivery charges and configured sales tax before payment. Online ordering is limited to supported US delivery destinations. The server rechecks price and available stock before a PayPal order is created. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. Product compatibility, condition and specifications should be checked before ordering; contact us when uncertain.

Payment and order status

Payment takes place with PayPal. Enter payment credentials only in the provider's own interface. A phone code, website return, email draft or thank-you page is not proof of payment. The website marks an order paid only from matching provider evidence. Payment confirmation is distinct from shipment confirmation. Sandbox orders are labeled tests and are not real-money transactions.

Shipping, returns and quotes

The shipping and product-return policies are shown before product checkout, and the accepted policy text is saved with the order. Separate supply inquiries do not create accepted orders or agreed prices. Details of a quoted order, including product condition, compatibility, warranties, delivery and any installation or service, must be confirmed in the written terms for that order. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

Images, stories and credentials

Mountain scenes and Northpeak-branded category images are illustrative concepts, not proof of inventory, manufacture, accreditation or a manufacturer relationship. Product-listing images are supplied by Northpeak with an accuracy/permission attestation. Customer stories and issuer references are published only when Northpeak supplies them; the editor itself does not verify accreditation or create an independent certification. Technical manufacturer links are references, not claims of dealership authorization.

Phone and communication

Customer phone details may be required for order contact. Real SMS verification is distinct from collect-only mode and from clearly marked test verification. A test code does not send an SMS or prove phone ownership. Use only a Northpeak verification code in this checkout, never an unrelated bank, email or PayPal code. Website contact submissions are saved to an administrator inbox; that does not by itself confirm an email reply or delivery.

Business support is separate

Northpeak Distribution LLC is a for-profit business, not a charitable nonprofit. Voluntary contributions are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations. They are not product purchases, loans or investments, and provide no goods, services, equity, repayment or financial return. Review the Support & Refund Policy before contributing through Donorbox.

Third parties and appropriate use

PayPal, Twilio, Donorbox, the hosting provider, SMTP provider and linked manufacturer sites have their own services and terms. Do not attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, abuse verification messages, or send credentials and unnecessary sensitive documents through inquiries.
