Beneficiary and purpose

Northpeak Distribution LLC is the beneficiary of this campaign. Net contributions support general business development and operating needs after applicable platform and payment-processing fees. No fixed allocation, particular outcome, or charitable-aid distribution is promised.

Nature of a contribution

Northpeak Distribution LLC is a for-profit business, not a charitable nonprofit. Contributions are voluntary business support and are not tax-deductible charitable donations. They are not purchases, loans, or investments and provide no goods, services, equity, repayment, or financial return.

Only qualified organizations can receive tax-deductible charitable contributions; this campaign is not presented as one.

Amount, frequency, and checkout

Review the currency, amount, processing options, and any recurring interval displayed by Donorbox before submitting. Do not assume a contribution is one-time if the form displays a recurring option. Payment methods, charges, and processing are governed by the checkout provider’s applicable terms.

Recurring support

If recurring support is enabled and you select it, review the schedule at checkout. Use the management instructions in your confirmation or contributor account to request cancellation, or email us for assistance. Canceling future contributions does not itself refund a completed payment.

Mistaken, duplicate, or unauthorized payments

Contact northpeak.llc@yahoo.com promptly with the payment date, amount, and transaction reference. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or bank credentials. For suspected unauthorized activity, also contact your payment provider directly.

Refund requests

Requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law and provider rules. A request is not a confirmation that a refund has been approved or processed. If a refund is approved, it is handled through the applicable payment provider; availability of fee refunds and processing time depend on that provider. We do not promise a fixed refund timeline or a blanket fee reimbursement.

Separate from product orders

A contribution does not purchase products or qualify for an order credit. Supply-order payments, returns, warranties, and cancellations must be covered by the separate written terms agreed for that order.

Confirmation and questions
