How to report an accessibility problem with the Northpeak website and use its email contact alternative.
This statement describes the design approach, not a certification. Email is available as an alternative to the website’s interactive inquiry helper.
Our approach
We aim to make the website usable with clear headings, readable contrast, keyboard-accessible controls, descriptive link text and responsive layouts. The website includes a skip-to-content link, labeled form fields and reduced-motion support.
A work in progress
Accessibility can vary across browsers, devices and assistive technologies. We do not claim that every experience is barrier-free or that this website has received independent accessibility certification. We welcome reports of issues.
Report a problem
Email northpeak.llc@yahoo.com with the page or feature involved, the difficulty you experienced and, when possible, the browser or assistive technology you use. We will review the issue and seek a practical way to assist.
Alternative contact and external services
You can contact Northpeak directly by email instead of using the inquiry helper. Any external payment provider or email application operates separately and may have its own accessibility support options.
