It is not a charitable program and does not promise aid, supplies or services to schools, families or other beneficiaries. Any more specific funding commitments will be stated on the active campaign before contributions open.

Who receives the financial support?
The beneficiary is Northpeak Distribution LLC, a for-profit Florida business. The campaign is for its own business development and day-to-day operating needs, not for a charity or aid-distribution program.
Is this a purchase, loan or investment?
No. Contributions are voluntary support. They do not buy products, services, ownership, equity, profit-sharing, repayment or a financial return. For supply purchases, please use our separate inquiry process.
Can I make a financial contribution now?
Use the availability information on our Gift & Support page. Until an approved campaign is connected, online contributions are not open. Sharing the business or making an introduction is welcome in the meantime.
Are contributions tax-deductible charitable donations?
No. This is support for a for-profit business, not a charitable nonprofit. Contributions are not tax-deductible charitable donations. A payment confirmation is not a charitable tax receipt.
How do I ask about a contribution or request a refund?
Email northpeak.llc@yahoo.com with the transaction reference, date, amount and reason for your request. Do not send card or bank credentials. See our Support & Refund Policy for the process.
Can I help without sending money?
Yes. Share our website, introduce us to someone with supply needs, or send a business inquiry. There is no obligation to contribute.
